Property Manager
This role involves managing self-contained and HMO properties, working closely with our office team and Local Authority partners to ensure placements and property operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Property Operations
* Conduct check-outs and collect keys from vacated properties
* Carry out regular property inspections and report issues to head office
* Support vulnerable and complex residents professionally and compassionately
* Facilitate contractor and council access
* Record meter readings and arrange meter top-ups
* Complete Fire Risk Assessments
* Work independently and manage daily tasks to meet deadlines
Stakeholder & Resident Management
* Build positive relationships with residents and partners
* Maintain high service standards and support repeat partnerships
* Provide regular updates on property performance, risks, and opportunities
Business Support
* Help maximise occupancy through efficient move-in processes
* Work collaboratively with teams to support THN’s growth strategy to 10,000 units by 2029
About You
* Experience in property management or supported housing
* Confident working independently in a field-based role
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Comfortable supporting vulnerable individuals
* Flexible approach and willingness to travel regularly
