Working within a successful and busy lettings team, you’ll manage a varied portfolio of residential properties across Exeter and the surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for someone with property experience who enjoys a varied role, building relationships with landlords and tenants and taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of properties.
Role Overview
* Managing a portfolio of residential properties
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor works
* Carrying out property inspections and following up on any required actions
* Managing tenancy queries and resolving issues effectively
* Overseeing check-ins, check-outs and associated tenancy matters
* Ensuring properties are managed efficiently and to a high standard
About You
* Previous experience within lettings or property management
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Organised and confident managing a varied workload
* Proactive, personable and able to work effectively as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
