Are you an aspiring Block Property Manager? Do you have a very good understanding of the letting of leasehold flats and worked in a role involving this? Do you live in Essex and have the desire to be out and about in your car rather than being stuck behind a desk Monday to Friday? Are you a great problem-solver with excellent communication and people skills?

If you can answer yes to these questions, then we have a fantastic permanent career opportunity for a driven and passionate individual who wants to move into block property management.

Block Property Management is a varied and interesting career where you will be responsible for the delivery of management services to a portfolio of residential and mixed-use buildings and estates across Essex.

As Block Property Manager you will be responsible for: -

· Carrying out property Inspections and arranging maintenance: Inspections and Reports

· Overseeing finance: Budgets and Client Accounts

· Overseeing Insurance: Building, Directors and Officers insurance

· Attending meetings: EGMs, AGMs, Directors’ and Residents’ meetings

· All related correspondence and administration

· Dealing with breaches of the Lease

· Liaising with Contractors

· Property Sales (Assignment of the Lease)

· Dealing with enquiries and complaints

You will need: -

· A good knowledge of the letting of leasehold properties.

· Strong problem-solving and communication / relationship building skills.

· A professional, driven and confident approach.

· To be highly organised, flexible and self-motivated

· To be a car owner / driver due to the travelling involved with this role.

· Previous experience in a similar leasehold block property management role is a distinct advantage.

· The ATPI, MTPI or AIRPM qualification would also be a distinct advantage.

In return for your hard work, our client is offering a salary of £35,000- £40,000pa + car allowance, 25 days holiday which rises with service, on-going training and support and lots more benefits are on offer when you have passed your probation.

The working hours are 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday but flexibility is required.
