Psychology Graduates

Tradewind Recruitment are looking for Psychology Graduates, who are passionate about supporting the learning and development of primary-aged children (5-11 years old). This role is an excellent opportunity for graduates interested in educational psychology, child development, or teaching, offering hands-on experience in supportive and inclusive primary schools in South Liverpool starting in September 2025.

The Role:

As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support children on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, helping them to overcome barriers to learning.
Work closely with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and tailored interventions.
Help foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A degree in Psychology or a related field.
A strong understanding of primary education and a genuine passion for working with children.
Experience supporting SEND children (in a school or other setting) is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, patience, and a proactive approach.
