We are working with several well-established schools supporting primary and secondary aged pupils with complex needs, including ASD, SLD, PMLD and associated communication or behavioural needs.

September 2026 positions for the new academic year
Primary and Secondary teaching roles
Long-term and permanent opportunities
The role:
Teaching small classes of pupils with high and complex SEND needs
Working alongside experienced Teaching Assistants and multidisciplinary teams
Delivering personalised learning and structured support
Creating a calm, supportive and engaging learning environment
We're looking for:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience or strong interest in SEND education
Patient, resilient and adaptable teachers
Confidence working with complex learning needs
These schools offer supportive leadership teams, well-staffed classrooms and excellent SEND resources.
