Quality Control Supervisor
The role will involve frequent travel to the markets for which it is responsible, with the following key responsibilities:
- manage QC processes to meet healthcare regulations (e.g., GMP, FDA, ISO).
- oversee product testing and resolve nonconformity.
- lead and mentor the QC team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- collaborate with internal teams and external partners on quality initiatives.
- maintain accurate records and prepare quality reports for management.
Potential candidates must offer the following skills, qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy or a related field.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in healthcare and medical equipment, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- proficiency in dealing with Asian staff at manufacturing levels, for which proficiency in Asian languages, especially Japanese, Korean and Mandarin is essential.
- extensive knowledge of regulatory standards and QMS tools .
- excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
