Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting customer, supplier, and internal quality activities across our entire manufacturing operation.

Your responsibilities as a Quality Engineer will include:

* Conducting comprehensive internal and external audits

* Supporting customer and supplier PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) activities

* Leading 8D investigations and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement

* Managing and resolving customer quality concerns promptly and professionally

* Supporting quality planning initiatives and continuous improvement projects

* Producing detailed KPI reports and performance analysis for stakeholders

* Supporting inspection, testing, and validation activities

* Working collaboratively with production teams to enhance quality performance

* Driving improvements across processes, systems, and organisational standards

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate for this Quality Engineer position will possess:

* Proven experience as a Quality Engineer within a manufacturing environment

* Strong knowledge of ISO9001 standards, ideally with IATF16949 certification

* Working experience with PPAP, FMEA, and 8D methodologies

* Excellent customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills

* Outstanding problem-solving ability and analytical mindset

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

* Positive, proactive, and hands-on approach to work

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality excellence
