Location: Camberley
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 (Permanent, Full‑Time)
Hours: 40 per week
* Mon–Thu: 7:30–16:30
* Fri: 7:30–12:30
A long‑established precision engineering company in Camberley is looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to join their team. What you’ll be doing
* Carrying out First‑Off, In‑Process, Goods‑In and Final Inspections
* Producing AS9102 FAIRs to customer requirements
* Ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and supporting continuous improvement
* Creating accurate inspection reports and maintaining full traceability
* Identifying and documenting non‑conformances
* Supporting root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
* Assisting with audits and providing quality data
* Calibrating measuring equipment and maintaining the calibration log
* Working closely with production, engineering and quality teams
What we’re looking for
* Strong understanding of ISO9001
* Good knowledge of GD&T
* Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings
* Experience within a precision machining environment
* Proven CMM inspection experience
* Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
