The requirement is very specific:
• Strong residential D&B contractor background
• Demonstrable subcontract package procurement
• Independent CVR ownership
• Experience restructuring packages and negotiating pricing
• SME environment exposure
• Hands-on commercial control across live residential schemes
Infrastructure-heavy, utilities, or predominantly client-side consultancy profiles will not be suitable for this brief.
