Apply NowOur client is a well known and well established main contractor with a regional base in the Cardiff area that carries out a range new build residential projects up to £15 million typically. Due to ongoing growth throughout the region they have approached us with the requirement to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis.
Projects range from bespoke to large residential developments, including both social and private housing schemes.
This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor with the following skills, experience and background: -a proven background in main contracting -Resides within commutable distance of the South Wales area -experience of projects £1 million plus -Ideally experience of new build schemes with recognised main contractors.
