Quantity Surveyor

The Role:

Commercial management of an industrial construction project
Cost control, valuations, variations and reporting
Liaising with site teams, subcontractors and clients
Supporting project delivery from a commercial perspectiveRequirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contracting environment
Background in industrial, commercial or civil engineering projects preferred
Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
Ability to commit to a long-term site-based roleThis is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor with stable, ongoing work in the region.
