Flexible People Ltd are urgently seeking experienced Reach Drivers to work for a well-known company based in Droitwich. This is an ongoing position with immediate starts available.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking Reach Driver to join our prestigious client, a company specialising in the distribution of wholesale cleaning products. The successful Reach Driver will play an important role within the warehouse operation, ensuring stock is managed safely and efficiently while supporting the wider logistics team.
As a Reach Driver, you will be responsible for operating a reach truck, organising stock, and assisting with the smooth running of the warehouse. This role is ideal for a Reach Driver looking for consistent Monday to Friday work, a competitive hourly rate, and the opportunity for ongoing employment.
Pay Rate:
£14.56 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00
Duties Will Include:
*
Operating a reach truck safely and efficiently
*
General warehouse duties
*
Loading and unloading vehicles
*
Managing and organising stock using a reach truck
*
Stock rotation and inventory control
*
Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
*
Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
Requirements:
To be successful as a Reach Driver, you will need:
*
A valid, in-date, accredited Reach Truck licence (essential)
*
Previous Reach Truck experience is preferred
*
A professional appearance with your own black or navy work trousers and t-shirt, high visibility vest, and safety boots
*
Excellent customer service skills, as you will be representing the company
*
The ability to carry out physical work, including heavy lifting
*
A valid National Insurance number
*
The ability to speak, read, and write English to a good standard
*
Reliability and a willingness to work full-time hours
*
An understanding of the importance of attendance and timekeeping
You will also be required to complete some paperwork electronically before starting the role.
