Job Summary

We are currently recruiting experienced Reach Truck (RT) and Counterbalance (CB) Drivers for a warehouse operation in Hemel Hempstead - NIGHTS

* Basic rates £14.73 per hour PM / £16.13 per hour Nights

* Overtime rate: £24.20 per hour

Shift Patterns

* AM: 06:00 – 14:00, Monday to Friday

* PM: 14:00 – 22:00, Sunday to Thursday

* Nights: 22:00 – 06:00, Sunday to Thursday

The Role

We are looking for experienced MHE operators to join the team. You must have at least 1 year of relevant MHE experience.

The role involves operating Reach Trucks and Counterbalance Trucks, including the use of specialist 5-metre boom attachments designed for handling and picking carpets (training provided).

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year's MHE operating experience

* Valid Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance licence

* Confident and competent operating MHE equipment

* Experience working safely within a busy warehouse environment

* Good attention to detail and a strong safety focus

* Reliable and flexible approach to work

Assessments

Successful candidates will be required to attend an on-site assessment.

Immediate requirement: We are currently looking for 1 experienced Reach Truck Driver for the night shift.
