We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school in Birmingham seeking a dedicated Reception Class Teacher to join their Early Years team on a full-time, long-term basis. This role offers the opportunity to secure a permanent contract for the right teacher.

The Role

Full-time Reception Class Teacher.

September start.

Long-term position with the opportunity to become permanent.

Planning, delivering and assessing engaging EYFS lessons.

Creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.

*

Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development.

*

Working collaboratively with the Early Years team and parents to achieve the best outcomes for pupils.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

*

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

*

Has a strong Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) background or specialism.

*

Has experience teaching within Reception or Early Years.

*

Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management.

*

Is passionate about providing high-quality learning experiences.

*

Is committed to raising standards and helping every child reach their full potential.

Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to complete their induction, providing they have an EYFS specialism or substantial Early Years placement experience.
