Ongoing Temporary Role with Potential to Become Permanent

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established wealth management firm based in Victoria, seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Receptionist who can also support office administration and client enquiries. This is an ongoing temporary position with the potential to become permanent, offering an excellent long-term career pathway in financial services. The role pays the equivalent of £30,000–£31,000. Working pattern is Monday to Friday, ideally in the office Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, with the possibility of working from home on Wednesday and Friday.

Role Overview

This is a multi-functional role combining reception, client services, office administration, and compliance support. You will be the first point of contact for client enquiries via phone, email, and in person, while also supporting key operational and administrative processes including client onboarding, investment instructions, and compliance checks.

Key Responsibilities

* Acting as front-of-house receptionist, greeting visitors and handling calls and correspondence

* Managing the main telephone line and responding to client and adviser enquiries

* Supporting office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

* Inputting data for account openings and investment instructions

* Conducting identity verification checks and supporting compliance processes

* Following up on missing information to ensure timely completion

* Requesting funds following appropriate checks

* Recording payments and confirming transactions with clients

* Sending client communications, including acceptance letters
