About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Assistant to join our growing recruitment team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment and gain hands-on experience across candidate sourcing, applicant management, interview coordination and recruitment administration.

You will work closely with our recruitment team to identify potential candidates, manage applications and help deliver a smooth and professional candidate experience from initial contact through to placement.

Key Responsibilities

* Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and other recruitment channels.

* Generate candidate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential applicants.

* Review applications and CVs against role requirements.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

* Contact candidates by phone, email and other communication channels.

* Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

* Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

* Create and post engaging job adverts across recruitment platforms.

* Support recruitment campaigns and social media activity to attract suitable candidates.

* Assist with onboarding and pre-employment checks where required.

* Keep recruitment records and documentation accurate and compliant.

* Track candidate activity and recruitment progress.

* Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

* Confident and professional when communicating with candidates.

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

* Comfortable speaking to people over the phone.

* Proactive and motivated to achieve recruitment targets.

* Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

* Confident using computers, email and Microsoft Office.

* Interested in developing a long-term career in recruitment.

* Previous recruitment, sales, customer service or administration experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
