Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per year + Uncapped Commission (Market Leading)

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in growing your specialist desk while delivering an outstanding recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.
You'll be responsible for:
* Building strong relationships with schools, colleges and education providers.
* Developing new business opportunities and managing existing client accounts.
* Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality education professionals.
* Managing the full recruitment process from initial vacancy through to successful placement.
* Negotiating offers and providing expert recruitment advice to clients and candidates.
* Working towards achievable targets while contributing to the growth of the business.
What We're Looking For
* 1+ year previous recruitment experience (education recruitment is beneficial but not essential).
* A motivated, resilient and target-driven mindset.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Confidence in business development and winning new clients.
* A positive attitude and a desire to build a successful long-term career in recruitment.
