1st year OTE £30–45k (top billers £100k+)

What You’ll Do (360 Recruitment Consultant)
Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle
Build and maintain relationships with schools, academies and MATs
Source candidates via job boards, adverts, social media and headhunting
Conduct telephone, virtual and face‑to‑face interviews
Win new business through proactive outbound sales activity
Fill urgent and temporary vacancies quickly and accurately
Work towards weekly KPIs with full team support
Location: Manchester City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)
