Join us on Wednesday 8th April at our Birmingham City Centre office for an interactive, engaging morning where you’ll learn what a recruitment career involves, meet our consultants and managers, and take part in a structured assessment designed to identify future Recruitment Consultants.

What to Expect on the Day
Our assessment centre gives you a real insight into working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
During the session, you will:

Meet experienced Recruitment Consultants, Team Leaders and Managers
Learn about the 360 recruitment model and our specialist education recruitment sector
Take part in group activities, tasks and real‑world scenarios
Gain clarity on earning potential, commission structure and progression routes
Understand the key skills needed to succeed — and how our training supports your development
Suitable for Graduate Recruitment Consultant, Trainee Recruitment Consultant and Experienced Recruitment Consultant pathways.

What We’re Looking For
This event is ideal if you:

Have strong communication and people skills
Are driven, ambitious and resilient
Want a fast‑paced career where effort = reward
Are curious about recruitment and open to learning
Come from sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, care or are a recent graduate
Can work 7:30am–4:30pm to support school‑based client hours (reduced in school holidays)
No recruitment experience needed — just confidence, energy and the right attitude.
