Recruitment Manager - Accountancy & Finance

Southampton | Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days WFH)

Salary: Up to £45,000 (Including car allowance + uncapped bonus)

The Role

Full ownership of the Accountancy & Finance market across the South Coast

Run a successful 360 desk (perm, contract & temp finance)

Maximise revenue from existing clients while expanding market share

Develop and execute clear BD and growth strategies

Position yourself as the regional A&F expert with clients and candidates

Work alongside senior leadership to build a team once revenue milestones are reached

What We're Looking For

Proven success in 360 recruitment (A&F or another white‑collar/professional market)

Strong commercial awareness and confidence owning a market

A track record of billing, BD, and relationship development

Ambition to step into - or continue - leadership

A professional, values‑driven approach aligned with fairness, ownership, and collaboration
