Key Responsibilities
* Building and nurturing long-term relationships with candidates
* Sourcing and matching candidates for both temporary and permanent vacancies
* Creating and posting engaging job adverts across multiple platforms
* Actively searching job boards to identify suitable candidates
* Screening candidates on skills, qualifications, availability, location, and salary expectations
* Providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process
Skills & Experience
* Previous recruitment experience beneficial but not essential
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent customer service approach
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Calm, confident, and adaptable under pressure
