Apply NowM4 Recruitment is seeking a reliable and dedicated Class 2 Refuse Driver to join our client’s waste management team in Epping. This role is ideal for drivers who enjoy early starts, consistent hours, and a position that offers progression after an initial period.

Schedule: Monday to Friday
*
Additional: 1 Saturday in every 3
*
Shift Times:
*
Standard: 3:00am start
*
Every 3rd week: 2:00pm start
*
Shift Length: Approximately 8–9 hours per day
*
Pay Rate:
*
£17 per hour initially
*
£20 per hour after 12 weeks (if taken on permanently)
*
Position: Temp-to-perm potential
Role Responsibilities
*
Driving a Class 2 vehicle on designated waste collection routes
*
Working alongside a team of loaders to complete daily schedules
*
Ensuring safe and compliant vehicle operations at all times
*
Conducting routine vehicle checks before and after shifts
*
Providing excellent service to the public and maintaining a positive attitude
Requirements
*
Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence
*
CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
*
Previous experience in refuse collection is beneficial but not essential
*
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
*
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
