💷 Up to £60 per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Class 2D+ Building Control Surveyor for an interim opportunity based in West/North London. This is an initial 12-month contract, with a strong view to extension due to ongoing workload.

The Role
This is a hybrid role offering a balanced mix of site and home-based work:

part or full time Project Management

*

Lower end commercial/commercial projects with opportunity for progression

Key Responsibilities

*

Carrying out site inspections and plan checks across a range of building types

*

Assessing compliance with Building Regulations

*

Plan checking and providing technical advice

*

Liaising with applicants, contractors, and internal stakeholders

*

Ensuring works meet statutory and safety standards

Requirements

*

Must be Class 2D+ registered with the BSR

*

Proven experience within Building Control

*

Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and legislation

*

Ability to work autonomously in an interim capacity

*

Full UK driving licence (due to site visits)
