Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day running of the children’s home
*
Ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted requirements
*
Lead and develop the staff team
*
Maintain safeguarding standards and high-quality care delivery
*
Support young people with EBD needs
Requirements
*
Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare (completed or working towards)
*
Experience in a children’s residential management role
*
Strong knowledge of Ofsted framework and regulations
