About the Role
Lead and manage a 3 bedroom children's residential home
Create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for a child with emotional and behavioural needs
Oversee a dedicated care team and embed trauma-informed practice

Requirements:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or willingness to work towards
Deputy or Registered Manager experience
