Bluegate are looking for a Reliability Engineer who thrives on solving complex problems and ensuring our devices perform flawlessly in the toughest conditions. You’ll own reliability testing, failure analysis, and lifetime modelling — driving product quality from design to production.
What you’ll do:
* Develop and execute reliability test plans for cutting-edge semiconductor devices
* Analyse failure mechanisms and drive root-cause solutions
* Collaborate across design, test, and manufacturing teams to enhance product robustness
What you’ll need: - Reliability Engineer
* Minimum of HNC / HND / Degree in Electronics, Materials Science, or related field
* Experience in semiconductor or electronics reliability, testing and failure analysis
* Writing test programs for reliability testing and customer returns
* Programming knowledge is highly preferred
* A passion for precision and innovation
