Project Overview

We are seeking an experienced Reporting Project Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale 80MW, two-phase data centre project in Stavanger, Norway.

This role will focus on project controls, reporting, governance, and performance tracking, working closely with the Project Director / Project Lead to ensure clear visibility of project status across all phases from construction through to commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the Project Director / Project Lead in overseeing the delivery of a hyperscale data centre project (80MW, 2-phase build)

* Develop, manage, and maintain project reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics

* Produce weekly and monthly reports covering programme, cost, risk, and progress

* Track and analyse project schedule, milestones, and key deliverables

* Monitor and report on budget performance, cost forecasts, and variances

* Maintain and manage risk and issue registers, ensuring mitigation actions are tracked

* Coordinate reporting inputs from contractors, consultants, and internal teams

* Support governance processes, including preparation of reports for senior stakeholders and steering committees

* Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across all reporting streams

* Assist in tracking construction progress, commissioning activities, and handover readiness

* Provide clear, structured updates to the Project Director and wider leadership team

Requirements

* Proven experience in a Project Manager / Reporting Project Manager / Project Controls role, ideally within data centre or mission-critical environments

* Experience supporting delivery of large-scale infrastructure or data centre projects (preferably 50MW+)

* Strong understanding of project reporting, controls, and governance processes

* Familiarity with construction, MEP systems, and commissioning phases

* Proficiency in project tools such as Primavera, MS Project, Power BI, Excel, or similar

* Experience coordinating across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders

* Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-value project environment

* Experience in a client-side or consultancy environment is advantageous
