Residential Property Solicitor Responsibilities: As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will be at the forefront of handling diverse residential property matters. Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing house sales and purchases for a broad range of clients, including individuals, trusts, SMEs, and property developers.
Advising on site acquisitions, assembly, and the sale of completed plots.
Providing expert legal advice to housebuilders, private clients, and businesses.
Handling a varied workload with high levels of client contact in a fast-paced and challenging environment.Candidate Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor with relevant experience in residential property law.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
Ambitious and looking to develop your expertise within a supportive team environment.
