Responsibilities
Supporting the sales/projects team in providing the optimal robotics solutions for client’s requirements
Providing clients with solution designs and project proposals based on their requirements
Working closely with the internal project and product teams to ensure each project runs through to completion efficiently
Providing technical advice to customers based on your experience and knowledge for the products and the industry as a whole
Developing a high level of understanding for the company’s product range and uses
Travelling to customer sites across the UK & Ireland as well as worldwide when neededRequirements
The company are looking for an individual with experience within the warehouse robotics industry working within a technical role. It is essential that you have an understanding of robotics, ideally having an understanding of AMRs, warehouse logistics and experience using autoCAD. Having exceptional communication skills in both English and Mandarin is a must as you will be dealing with customers and internal staff on a daily basis. Within this role, you will be expected to work across Europe.
