Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 (30 mins unpaid lunch)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Roofer to join a well-established team working within the social housing sector across the East Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity offering a temp-to-perm pathway with a reputable organisation.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Carrying out roofing repairs and maintenance within social housing properties
Undertaking associated trade tasks as required
Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
Delivering excellent customer service while working in occupied properties✅ Essential Requirements
NVQ Level 2 in Roofing (or equivalent)
Asbestos Awareness Certificate
Proven experience in social housing repairs
Valid CSCS Card (relevant to trade)
Ability to carry out multi-trade/associated tasks
Full UK manual driving licence
Must be based within or able to cover Nottingham / Derby / Leicester areas⭐ Desirable Skills
Abrasive Wheels Training
PASMA Qualification
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Additional experience within social housing environments🚐 What's On Offer
