We're looking for an experienced Roofer to join a leading Social Housing Contractor, carrying out extra works, reactive roofing repairs and maintenance across occupied and void properties in Croydon.
What you'll be doing:
Reactive and planned roof repairs on pitched & flat roofs
Tiling, slating, felt work & minor leadwork
Gutter, fascia & soffit repairs
Identifying leaks and carrying out remedial works
Providing excellent customer service within social housing properties
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Strong roofing background (repairs & maintenance)
C&G Diploma in Roofing Occupations or NVQ Roofing Occupations
Asbestos Awareness - MUST be UKATA
DBS (or willingness to obtain)
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
