Roofing Contracts Manager
All projects are part of long term partnerships with Local Authorities and Housing Association clients, we are looking for candidates with experience working for a MAIN CONTRACTOR, with considerable roofing knowledge and experience
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Contracts Manager with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing the contracts and leading a team of Site Manager's, Resident Liaison Officers, and subcontractors.
Key skills/ requirements:
• Ensure the delivery of the projects within budget and time scales
• Experience as a Contracts Manager delivering social housing / planned roofing maintenance projects
• Focus on motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget
• Focus on quality, customer service and deliver
• Driving profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivering of extra works
• Client and tenant satisfaction
• Process Management
• Management of the customer
• Have an understanding of the financials on the contract
• Customer liaison skills
You must have previous experience in Contracts Management with a strong roofing knowledge to be considered
