We are looking for a dedicated Room Leader (toddler room) to join a reputable nursery in Wandsworth, delivering outstanding care and education for children aged 0–5. This is a full-time position offering clear responsibilities, competitive pay, and excellent benefits.
Requirements:
Level 3 in Childcare or above (essential)
Previous experience in an early years setting, ideally in a leadership role
Professional, reliable, and passionate about supporting children’s development
Role Overview:
Lead a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences
Plan, implement, and evaluate activities in line with the EYFS
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children
Support and mentor your team, fostering collaboration and professional growth
Communicate effectively with parents and carers about children’s progress
Contribute to the smooth running of the nursery and support wider nursery initiatives
Pay and Benefits:
up to £15,00 per hour
