Rural Sales Representative
The Role
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
* Generate new business through visits, calls, and web enquiries.
* Represent the company at demonstrations and showcase machinery to potential buyers.
* Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring the best outcome for both customer and company.
* Sell and assess used equipment, including reporting in the field and at our depots.
* Prepare quotations, calculate costs, and ensure deals are profitable.
* Monitor and review your sales performance, striving to meet or exceed targets, including machine sales and extended warranty packages.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in the agriculture industry.
* Sales experience is desirable but not essential – strong willingness to learn.
* Proactive, motivated and customer-focused mindset.
* Confidence in presentations, demonstrations and relationship-building.
* Excellent communication and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
