As Sales Director, you will lead an established business development team whilst driving the acquisition of new strategic clients.

* Leading and developing a high-performing sales team

* Building senior client relationships
* Developing sales plans and market strategy
* Supporting bid and solution development activities

* Significant FM sales leadership experience
* Success in winning complex, multi-service contracts
* Team management and mentoring capability
* Exceptional client engagement skills
* Strong commercial and negotiation experience
* A proven track record of delivering growth
