Apply NowExample Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established property maintenance company. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Booking Agent / Scheduler to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in scheduling, bookings or coordinating field-based engineers who is highly organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
* Schedule and allocate jobs to trade operatives across the region.
* Coordinate engineer diaries to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and within required timescales.
* Liaise with engineers, customers and internal teams to arrange appointments.
* Manage changes to schedules and respond to any issues or delays.
* Keep job and appointment information accurate and up to date.
* Provide a high standard of customer service throughout the booking process.
* Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Salary & Benefits
* £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
* Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
* Permanent, full-time position.
* Initial training and induction based at the Macclesfield office.
* Hybrid working available following successful completion of training, with the option to work fully from home.

What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in scheduling, booking, planning or coordinating field-based staff.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Confident communicating with customers and trade operatives.
* Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and good IT skills.
* Experience within property maintenance, housing, repairs or a similar environment would be advantageous.
