Contract: Part Time (20 hours per week, 8:30am – 12:30pm)
Salary: £13,614 per annum (£25,185 FTE, pro rata)

About the Role
St. Alban’s Catholic Primary School is seeking a friendly, organised, and professional School Receptionist to join our welcoming school community. This is a key front-facing role where you will be the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff, and visitors, helping to create a warm and positive environment that reflects our Catholic ethos.
Working closely with the Headteacher and Office Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a warm and professional welcome to visitors, families, and pupils
* Manage incoming calls and respond to queries efficiently and courteously
* Monitor and record pupil attendance accurately
* Support administrative processes, including orders and general office duties
* Provide flexible support across the school office as required
About You
We are looking for a candidate who:
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Can prioritise workload effectively in a busy environment
* Is highly organised, adaptable, and proactive
* Is committed to supporting the ethos and values of a Catholic school
* Has previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing role (desirable)
