SEMH TA In B12
A school in the B12 area is looking for a committed SEMH Teaching Assistant to start immediately. This is a full‑time, long‑term role supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, helping them engage positively in learning and daily school routines.
What the role involves
Full‑time SEMH TA position starting ASAP
Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
Helping with behaviour regulation and emotional support
Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff
Creating a safe, calm and positive learning environment

Strong behaviour management and de‑escalation skills
