Apply NowAcademics is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide full-time 1:1 support to a KS2 child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), starting after the Easter holidays. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive school environment and make a real difference to a child's education.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support to a child with ASD in a KS2 classroom
Assist with learning, communication, and social skills development
Support inclusion and help the child access the full curriculum
Work closely with teachers and parents to implement individual learning plans
Monitor and report on progress, challenges, and achievementsWhat we're looking for:
Minimum 6 months' experience working with children in the UK
Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
2 years' worth of references
Experience supporting children with ASD is highly desirable
