Key Responsibilities
Deliver differentiated lessons across KS3 and KS4
Support students with EHCPs
Work collaboratively with support staff and therapists
Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies
Requirements
QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Experience working in SEN settings preferred
Strong behaviour management skills
Commitment to supporting vulnerable learners
