Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive classroom support to teachers and pupils, fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment.
* Support children with additional learning needs (ALN) and behaviours that may present challenges.
* Assist in the development and implementation of personalised learning plans and behaviour management strategies.
* Aid in the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and other colleagues to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience working in an educational environment supporting children.
* Experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour and ALN.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Adaptability to different classroom environments and teaching styles.
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to supporting student development.
* Available for full-time work, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
