We are working with a welcoming and supportive mainstream primary school in Cardiff (CF11) seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team after half term.
The Role
You’ll be supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping them access learning, build confidence, and thrive both academically and socially.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience with children or SEN (school, care, youth work, or similar)
Is patient, empathetic, and proactive
Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
Is reliable and committed
Ideal For:
Aspiring teachers or educational psychologists
Experienced Teaching Assistants
Graduates looking to step into education
Anyone with a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
