You could be:
✨ Supporting pupils 1:1
✨ Working with small intervention groups
✨ Assisting classroom learning
✨ Supporting communication, emotional regulation and independence
Assignments include day-to-day supply, long-term placements and permanent opportunities across a variety of SEND settings.
✅ Who We're Looking For
This role is ideal for:
* SEN Teaching Assistants
* Learning Support Assistants

* Healthcare Assistants
* Anyone passionate about supporting children with additional needs
You'll need:
✔️ Relevant experience supporting children or young people OR relevant experience in UK schools
✔️ A calm, patient and adaptable approach
✔️ Excellent communication skills
✔️ A genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential
Teaching Assistant qualifications are welcomed but not essential for every vacancy.
