Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD and ADHD
Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
Adapt learning approaches to meet individual needs and remove barriers to learning
Support the creation of a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
What We're Looking For
Proven experience supporting children with SEN (essential)
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
Flexibility and resilience in different classroom settings
A genuine commitment to inclusion and helping every child succeed
