The Role:
* Deliver an engaging, adapted curriculum to meet individual needs
* Support student progress as a teacher and form tutor
* Create a positive, inclusive learning environment
* Assess and track student development
About You:
* Student-centred and committed to making a difference
* Resilient, creative, and solution-focused
* Strong relationship-building skills
* SEND experience is desirable but not essential.
