Aspire People are working closely with a specialist SEND school in Northamptonshire, supporting their search for dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants. The school supports pupils with a range of needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and complex learning needs - so patience, resilience, and a proactive approach are key.
**The role:**
You'll be supporting pupils either 1:1 or in small groups, helping them engage with learning, develop independence, and feel safe and supported in the classroom. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same - ideal for someone who enjoys being active, involved, and making an impact.
**What we're looking for:**
* A genuine passion for working in SEND
* A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience with autism or additional needs (desirable, not essential)
* A willingness to learn and adapt in a specialist setting
* A team-focused mindset and reliable attitude
