Senior Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (Open to discussion)
23 days holiday plus bank holidays (option to buy/sell)

Senior Building Surveyor Job Overview
Managing project-based building surveying commissions from inception to completion
Preparing technical specifications, administering contracts, and overseeing contractors
Carrying out pre-acquisition and condition surveys
Assisting with client development and proposal preparation
Mentoring graduate surveyors
Senior Building Surveyor Job Requirements
Chartered (MRICS) with relevant experience- not essential if qualified via experience
Commercial project background essential
Confident managing client expectations and delivering quality outputs
Full driving licence and ability to travel to sites across the region
