Job Description

Lead supplier negotiations and contract implementation
Manage supplier performance, risk, and cost-reduction initiatives
Support new product development and continuous improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams
Handle supplier audits, PPAP, and quality-related problem-solving

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

A proactive problem-solver who can identify trends and implement long-term, sustainable solutions
Experience working in a Manufacturing environment
Experience managing UK and international suppliers
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cost savings
Experienced in driving continuous improvement initiatives
