Senior Care Coordinator- Ilkeston
Ilkeston | £30,250 + Paid On-Call | Full-Time | Permanent
We're recruiting an experienced Senior Care Coordinator to join a growing, award-winning domiciliary care provider in Ilkeston.
Working alongside the Registered Manager, you'll coordinate care services, support the care team, maintain compliance, and help deliver outstanding person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and maintaining staff rotas
Coordinating care packages and supporting new client admissions
Handling rota changes, sickness, holidays and emergency cover
Maintaining accurate records and digital care systems
Supporting quality, compliance and operational processes
Providing guidance and support to care staff
Participating in a paid management on-call rota (1 week in 4)
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' Health & Social Care experience
Previous care coordination and rota planning experience
Level 3 Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Strong IT and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
