Senior Consultant - Digital Services in Financials
Developing propositions for the market and writing proposals that respond to client need are essential skills.. Ideally you will have experience of being part of a team developing proposals and propositions for Financial Services firms and institutions, who want to leverage the new technologies and praticies that are essential in the current Digital age.
Experience:
* Understanding a Financal Services Client’s buying behaviours, in today’s ubiquitous digital world
* Defining opportunties in the market for focus and investment to drive revenue growth
* Working closely alongside proposition leads to better understand their offerings and products and identify how to help them realise opportunities from our client meetings and vice versa
* Engaging with the marketing team and other SMEs to promote offerings
* Leveraging personal networks and internal connections to open new client relationships and opportunities for productive meetings.
* Developing strong client relations at senior executive and CXO levels, developing new business insights, and working with the wider business to deliver practical, implementable solutions.
* Determining Digital solutions to customer problems
* Questioning and challenging the use of traditional channels​
* Encouraging use of Digital transformation leading to enhanced customer experience
* Taking the lead at client meetings and progression of these discussions into proposals and opportunities.
* Developing and growing our client base (new logos)
* Development of account plans to:
* Facilitate and evidence the achievement of revenue targets
* Growing revenue and developing client relationships
* Growing client base through ‘new account’ plans and revenue targets
* A Proven track record of successfully growing and sustaining the business development and Sales targets at a top tier services / consulting firm (evidenced through relevant KPIs)
* Contributing to the maintenance of high- quality data to support marketing, prospecting and the management of all sales opportunities and engagements.
Capabilities required for the role:
* Explain and discuss digitial concepts with key financial services concerning digitisation trends
* Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to achieve stretched goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
* Ability to generate respect and trust from staff, shareholders and external stakeholders
* Strong Interpersonal Skills – proven record of building and maintaining relationships at senior (CXO and CXO-1) levels
* Problem-solving, organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve business & product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
* Ability to interpret client requirements and to create proposals (presentations & other artefacts) in order to promote the client capabilities
* Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to interact with senior executives, junior employees, and clients
